Frequently Asked Questions

Does TimeMeet handle Daylight Saving Time (DST)?

Yes. TimeMeet uses the IANA timezone database (the same one used by operating systems and major tech companies) and automatically adjusts for DST transitions in every supported city. Just select the date you need, and TimeMeet will show the correct time offsets.

Is TimeMeet free to use?

Absolutely. TimeMeet is 100% free with no hidden costs, no premium tiers, and no feature gating. We sustain the service through non-intrusive advertising.

Can I use TimeMeet on my phone?

Yes. TimeMeet is fully responsive and works on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. The timetable scrolls horizontally on smaller screens so you can always see all your cities.

What's the difference between the color codes?

Green means all selected participants are within their standard 9 AM–6 PM working hours — the ideal meeting time. Purple means some participants are in working hours but not all. Orange indicates early morning (6–9 AM) or evening (6–10 PM) for at least one participant. Dark/black means it's nighttime (10 PM–6 AM) for someone — not recommended.

Does TimeMeet store my data?

No. TimeMeet runs entirely in your browser. We don't require accounts, don't store your city selections, and don't track your meeting schedules. The only data we collect is anonymous analytics to improve the service.

How many cities can I compare at once?

You can compare up to 6 cities simultaneously. Start with 2 cities (the minimum) and add more as needed. This covers most multinational meeting scenarios.
